Description
VASA Grout 60 is a high-performance, non-shrink, cement-based grouting material manufactured by VASA (OYH Global). It is designed primarily for demanding industrial, structural, and civil engineering applications where high early strength, fluid filling, and permanent structural stability are required.
Basic Application Guidelines
- Operating Temperature: Ideal for installation between 5°C and 35°C. Protect from freezing or direct, extreme heat during placement.
- Surface Prep: Concrete substrates must be completely clean, rough, and pre-dampened (with standing water removed) to ensure an optimal mechanical bond.
- Curing: Maintain proper moisture control post-application to secure the targeted 60 MPa structural rating
